The Rev. Dr. Erwin Brese, well known speaker and author would like to speak to your congregation at worship or other arranged time. Rev. Brese, holds a Doctorate in Ministry degree from Eden Theological Seminary, St. Louis, MO., and has had a long career as a Counselor at the Samaritan Counseling Center in North Tonawanda, NY. He is a well-known, engaging speaker at many churches and events in the Western New York area. He is Pastor Emeritus of Grace Lutheran Church, Niagara Falls, NY (LCMS) and is a member of the American Association of Pastoral Counselors. He is adjunct professor emeritus of Concordia Lutheran Theological Seminary, St. Catherine’s, Ontario, Canada. He served as Area Director of Lutheran Family and Children’s Services, Cape Girardeau, MO. His publications include Sliding Home and When Life Becomes Story. He has written articles on family life, grieving, genealogy, ministry and brewing.
His topics may include: Parenting Today, Vital Grieving, Maturity and Growth, The Marriage go-round, Faith-based Biblical study, Conflict Resolution, Leadership, and many others. He is also available for preaching assignments. In addition to his Counseling degrees he holds a Masters degree in New Testament studies (S.T.M.)
