GOAL: reflection on theory and theology leading to personal faith formation reflected in real life stories
THEORY: Natural Family Systems Theory from Bowen School and articulated by Rabbi Ed Friedman
THEOLOGY: Biblical narratives and stories related to basic theoretical topics
FAITH: Beyond theory and theology come personal faith shaped by each person’s tradition and life experience
LIVING: We all are called into life in the greater community (vocational life) in the “three essential societies”—family, church (religion) and country (Humanae Vitae)
Open Tuesdays are open to the public and held at SCC—brown bag lunch

Spilman will list six key topics on family systems and Wurster will complement these with theological material
